You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to place an order. Submission of an order or payment does not require Ironsight Customs to accept the order. We may decline or cancel an order for reasons including product availability, pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud, unlawful or inappropriate requested content, safety concerns, or inability to complete the requested work.

We make reasonable efforts to describe products accurately. Photographs, mockups, samples, and digital proofs are illustrative. Screen settings, lighting, natural materials, manufacturing runs, and production methods may cause reasonable differences in color, texture, grain, engraving appearance, placement, or dimensions. Product availability is not guaranteed until the order is accepted and required materials are secured.

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Written quotes are valid for 90 days unless the quote specifies a different period. Prices may change after a quote expires. The customer is responsible for applicable taxes, shipping, delivery, and approved additional charges. If a website, invoice, or pricing error is discovered, we may correct it before accepting or fulfilling the affected order and will provide the customer an opportunity to accept the corrected price or cancel for a refund.

Payment is required before production begins. Large custom pieces and bulk orders may require a deposit, with the payment schedule stated in the applicable quote or invoice. Unless the quote or invoice states otherwise, a deposit becomes nonrefundable once special-order materials have been purchased or production has begun. Payments are processed through Stripe or another disclosed payment provider. Ironsight Customs does not receive or store complete payment-card numbers.

An order may be canceled before production begins. Once production begins, it cannot be canceled or refunded except as required by law or under the Returns, Refunds, and Cancellation Policy. Customer-requested changes may be made without an added charge before production begins when reasonably practicable. A change requested after production begins may be refused or may require an additional fee, new materials, a revised price, and additional production time.

All sales are final except as stated in the separately posted Returns, Refunds, and Cancellation Policy. Claims involving damage, defects, or an incorrectly made item must be reported within seven calendar days after delivery or pickup. Ironsight Customs reserves the right to inspect the item and repair or replace it before issuing a refund. Return of the affected item is required unless waived by Ironsight Customs in writing.

When you submit artwork, logos, photographs, names, text, designs, trademarks, or other content, you represent that you own the content or have all permissions necessary for Ironsight Customs to reproduce and use it to complete your order. You grant Ironsight Customs a limited license to copy, adapt, format, and reproduce the submitted content solely as reasonably necessary to quote, proof, produce, and deliver the order.

You are responsible for claims arising from content you provide, including claims involving copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other third-party rights. Ironsight Customs may refuse content that it reasonably believes may be unlawful, infringing, hateful, threatening, obscene, unsafe, or inconsistent with its business standards.

The website, Ironsight Customs branding, product photographs, original designs, written content, graphics, and other materials created or owned by Ironsight Customs are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for ordinary personal use of the website, they may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or commercially used without written permission.

You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape or copy content for commercial use, impersonate another person, submit fraudulent orders, or use the website for unlawful activity.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided on an "as available" basis. Ironsight Customs does not guarantee that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ironsight Customs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising from the website or an order. Except for liability that cannot legally be limited, Ironsight Customs' aggregate liability relating to a product or order will not exceed the amount the customer paid for the product or order giving rise to the claim.

For customer-supplied property, Ironsight Customs' responsibility for physical damage caused by its production error is limited to the item's reasonable replacement value, as further described in the Custom Order Terms. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Ironsight Customs LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, and agents from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from content or property you supply, your infringement of third-party rights, your unlawful use of the website, or your material violation of these Terms. This provision does not require you to indemnify Ironsight Customs for its own negligence or conduct where such indemnification is prohibited by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, any court proceeding relating to these Terms or an order must be brought in a state or federal court with jurisdiction in or serving Bucks County, Pennsylvania. Before filing a claim, the parties are encouraged to contact one another and attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally.

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and effective date. Changes apply prospectively unless applicable law permits otherwise. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms, the policies incorporated above, and the applicable quote, proof, or invoice form the agreement concerning the order. If they conflict, a specifically negotiated written quote or invoice controls for that order, followed by the Custom Order Terms, the Returns Policy, these Terms, and the remaining website policies.
